Barney is tired of Fred practical jokes, as the last one almost drowned him with the garden hose. Thinking of a plan, he just happens to win 500 dollars at a jingles contest. This brought him an idea seeing all these bills, an idea that might end Fred’s habit of ‘practical joking’.
