Scooby and the gang help an oceanographer recover ancient golden relics from a wrecked ship at the bottom of the sea. But it seems the ghost of the ship’s captain, joined by two sea monsters, haunts the wreckage and wants to scare off any trespassers. . . . Blue Falcon and his inept mechanical sidekick, Dynomutt the Dog Wonder, battle the Red Vulture, who has perfected a method of stealing cargo from planes in mid-air.
