Singer Jimmy Lewis invites the gang to a recording session at decade records recording studio, meanwhile his songwriter Tony Synes has seemed to mysteriously disappeared at the hands of the phantom. While playing the last song tony wrote, the recording equipment malfunctions! Jimmy tells them the legend of the phantom, who comes after Shaggy and Scooby trying to steal sheet music, the same sheet tony wrote his song on before he disappeared, but why is this sheet music so important?
