An ice cream factory is haunted by a chocolate, a vanilla and a strawberry phantom. It’s up to Scooby-Doo and the gang to solve this mystery. . . . Blue Falcon and his inept mechanical sidekick, Dynomutt the Dog Wonder, fight the evil Blimp. This dastardly villain is stealing Big City’s helium supply to create a helium ray that will turn every citizen into a helpless balloon. Even Blue Falcon and Dynomutt will find themselves fat and weightless. But with Falcon’s cunning and Dynomutt’s clumsy, roundabout way of doing the right thing, they may save the city yet.
