Barney’s water pipes are leaking. When Fred attempts to fix them, the Rubbles’ house gets flooded, and Fred invites his neighbors to stay at his house till a plumber repairs the damage. Barney’s “at ease” attitude soon starts to annoy Fred, as Barney eats the piece of cake Fred wants, sleepwalks, leaves the phone off the hook, and eats a whole pizza by himself.
